Mark Scutchings is a director of The Hearing Care Centre as well as being a qualified hearing aid audiologist and registered clinical physiologist with responsibility for all of the clinical aspects of the work of the company. He has worked in the field of hearing for over 25 years, in both the public and private sectors and served on the Council of the Association of Independent Hearing Healthcare Professionals as well as being involved in a number of charity projects concerned with the hard of hearing, both in the UK and overseas.

Sue Scutchings is the Financial Director of The Hearing Care Centre and is based at the Folkestone office. Her responsibilities are accounting, planning and logistics. She has worked for The Hearing Care Centre for 12 years and has a degree in Management Science.

Sally French is a qualified hearing aid audiologist who has worked for The Hearing Care Centre for 10 years. She is based at The Chaucer Hospital in Canterbury and our Folkestone office, but is also the hearing aid dispenser at our Margate, Benenden and Herne Bay branches. In addition she provides clinical support to ENT Consultants.

Arthur Bates is a qualified hearing aid audiologist who joined The Hearing Care Centre on our acquisition of Grooms Hearing Aid Centre in Folkestone in February 2005. He is based at our Folkestone office.

Anita Radziszewska is a hearing aid dispenser who trained in Poland and joined us in 2008. She is working at our Canterbury, Folkestone, Orpington,Gillingham, Dover and Deal branches and also with NHS patients.

Andriy Drypen joined us in November 2008. He is responsible for the diagnostic hearing tests performed at the Chaucer Hospital, including electrophysiological testing and balance investigations.

Jenni Burnes joined us in September 2009 as a Technical Administrator. Her role includes dealing with PCT Choose + Book Referrals, booking appointments for these patients, answering any PCT queries, setting up diary sessions for PCT, general office administration duties and assisting the clinical team.

Rosetta is our office manager and joined us in 2008. Her responsibilities include supervising the administration staff, invoicing, payroll and liaising with the directors and managers.

Ruth MacDonald is a member of the administration team. Her responsibilities include accounts, appointments, stock control and payroll.
