Mark Scutchings RHAD FSHAA
Mark Scutchings is a director of The Hearing Care Centre as well as being a qualified hearing aid audiologist and registered clinical physiologist with responsibility for all of the clinical aspects of the work of the company. He has worked in the field of hearing for over 25 years, in both the public and private sectors and served on the Council of the Association of Independent Hearing Healthcare Professionals as well as being involved in a number of charity projects concerned with the hard of hearing, both in the UK and overseas. Sally French is a qualified hearing aid audiologist who has worked for The Hearing Care Centre for 10 years. She is based at The Chaucer Hospital in Canterbury and our Folkestone office, but is also the hearing aid dispenser at our Margate, Benenden and Herne Bay branches. Jenni Burnes joined us in September 2009 as a Technical Administrator. Her role includes dealing with PCT Choose + Book Referrals, booking appointments for these patients, answering any PCT queries, setting up diary sessions for PCT, general office administration duties and assisting the clinical team.
