The Hearing Care Centre started up as an attempt at helping those
with hearing loss to make best use of their remaining hearing by
applying the latest technology to the problems of hearing loss.
At an early stage we realised that technology would not be enough
and that it would be essential to provide aftercare and support
at the core of our patient service package.

A New Approach
The approach that has been developed contains three essential components:

Firstly, focus on the personal needs of the patient. This means
taking time to understand the particular situations in which you
need to improve your hearing and, wherever possible, to offer a
range of solutions to suit your lifestyle needs.
Secondly, we provide clear and straightforward information on our
services, both on our website and on our paper based material. This
includes clear information on pricing so you have an idea of potential
costs ahead of your first appointment.
Thirdly, we operate in accordance with clearly defined clinical
protocols. This means that whichever of our hearing aid audiologists
you see, at whichever location, you should receive the same level
of service and care with a consistency of approach that many companies
would struggle to achieve.
We are completely independent of any hearing aid manufacturer or
national hearing aid company and so we have access to all of the
worlds leading hearing aid brands.
You do not have to be medically referred to The Hearing Care Centre,
but with your consent, we like to keep your family doctor fully
informed. If we identify any potentially treatable medical condition
during your assessment, we can easily arrange for the appropriate
medical follow-up.
